Living in the Spine is the fourth of a series of workshops dedicated to strenthening and releasing the spine. Specifically, we will focus on spinal awareness, exploring the nerves and their relationship with energy, learning the chakras and how they relate to the stages of emotional development, and how these components work together to create a healthy functional knowledge of the systems of the spine. This workshop will focus on the Subtle Body and how important and relevant the subtle body is to preventing injury, understanding how to manage and associate the subtle body with speficic energies and ailments,and how to live in the spine fully.
Suitable for beginners.
Props will be provided. You will need to bring your own mat and hand towel.
