When: Wednesdays, June 7th to August 9th
4:30pm to 5:30pm.
Through poses, movement, concentration and breathing, children learn how to center and focus, improve body awareness and balance, strengthen their self esteem and confidence and learn helpful tools and techniques in order to tune inward for self-improvement and self-discovery.
Children will learn Mudras, or hand positions, that will be coupled with asanas (physical postures) which, when combined, deepens awareness and concentration. They will also learn eye exercise to improve focus and vision.
Introduce kids to the many benefits Yoga has to offer.
